At Mariel Grace Bridal, every gown is handled with the utmost care — from our atelier to your doorstep. We take pride in ensuring each creation arrives safely, beautifully packaged, and on time.
1. Processing Time
All gowns are made to order. Standard production time is 3 to 6 months, depending on the complexity of your design.
Ready-to-wear and sample pieces are usually dispatched within 7–14 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer worldwide delivery via trusted international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or EMS.
All shipments include tracking numbers and require a signature upon delivery for your security.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Israel: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Worldwide: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and courier service.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your destination and the weight of your order.
For international orders, additional import taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your gown has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your delivery in real time.
6. Packaging
Each Mariel Grace gown is carefully packed in a custom bridal box, ensuring it arrives in pristine condition, ready for your special day.
7. Delays & Responsibility
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays (such as customs procedures or courier disruptions) may occur and are beyond our control.
